Principal Consultant for Oracle Applications

Location: Karachi

Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduate

Requirements:

  • Degree with at least 8 to 12 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 4 years of ‘full cycle’ experience in managing large scale projects in Oracle Applications (FINANCIALS/MANUFACTURING/DISTRIBUTION
  • Able to make presentation to 'C' level people and can work independently without any supervision
  • Able to lead a team of around 4-6 consultants in delivering solution to the customer
  • Must have good communication, presentation and written skills

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large scale or multiple projects ensuring project profitability and client satisfaction
  • Demonstrate expert level abilities with current Oracle Applications (FINANCIALS/ HRMS) and Oracle standards & implementation methods.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate risk during bid development and project execution
  • Serve as a mentor or coach to junior consultants
  • Actively contribute to the development of winning proposals by providing expert knowledge or relevant technology issues.
  • Take the lead role in securing additional opportunities within the current customer base by up-selling independently as well as in conjunction with the Consulting Sales Managers.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews for all significant engagements of Oracle Applications
  • Build and maintain confidence of clients and colleagues
  • Develop and test practical and/or innovative solutions to identified issues
  • Produce quality deliverables
