Ahmad Fauzi bin Ali was appointed as a Director to the Board in July 2007. Fauzi began his career as an international management consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co, and continued as founder to several start up technology companies over a career of 24 years. With a proven track record as a technology entrepreneur, one of his ventures was listed on the Montreal Stock Exchange, and the other, on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. He was a key business partner in transforming the Sapura Group from a telecommunications project company into Malaysia's first billion ringgit revenue information technology company.

Presently, he is an independent angel investor, and sits on the board of Firstfloor Capital, Synamatix Sdn. Bhd. and the Malaysian Genomics Resource Centre. A thought leader in the creation of the Malaysian software industry, his career objective is to help build a Malaysian technology company that is truly and meaningfully global. Ahmad Fauzi is a graduate in Computation from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology.
